What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.f-oneworld.co.uk? Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from www.f-oneworld.co.uk, you may return the merchandise if they are in saleable, brand new, unused condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service, of your choice, to ensure your return is tracked and insured. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging and can be resold as such with all tags still attached, etc. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, We reserve the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit.
Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or an exchange. Items that are opened or damaged, do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Please include the returns paperwork in the box with your goods, to ensure to return is processed correctly in our warehouse. In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method - this normally takes between 3-5 working days, but can take up to 10 days.

What if an item I purchased directly from www.f-oneworld.co.uk is defective?
If you receive a defective or have a broken item, please contact us immediately via email at sales@f-onekites.co.uk and we will process your return and/or exchange. In order to process your return and/or exchange, you must email us your order number at sales@f-onekites.co.uk and Ship To instructions PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK. F-One UK will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective item and ship this item to you as quickly as possible.
Faulty Items
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact sales@f-onekites.co.uk with the following information before returning your item:
The order number
The faulty item's name and number
A description and images of the fault
All faulty goods will be assessed by an expert; if found not to be faulty or to have been damaged from poor use, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
