Technical Specifications
The HM Carbon Mast 14mm thick features both a new integrated top plate and TITAN mast foot at the bottom. Associated with the profile, this full Monobloc construction brings incredible rigidity and helps reduce drag to a minimum, meaning easier starts, immense glide, higher speeds and the utmost connection between the foil and the board.
The mast is in one piece and built in carbon pre-preg, all molded and cured in one shot. Our SPINE internal structure ensures the best rigidity and control while riding. The added High Modulus Carbon (M40J) fiber layup follows F-ONE’s special recipe to optimize both the bending and torsional stiffness, allowing you to fully stay in control and comfortable in all situations and at high speeds. The layers of carbon fibers have been carefully distributed at 0° lengthwise to optimize stiffness in bending and at about 45° to optimize stiffness in torsion. Finally, this layup has been finely tuned and optimized for each mast length to offer the best performance in each sport.
With a size range going from 80cm, 85cm, 95cm to 105cm, this mast is ready for all disciplines — surf, wing, kite — and will particularly excel in downwind and where glide is your top priority. The 80cm is our newest size and was developed specifically for surf foiling, offering better pumping abilities and reducing undesirable breaching of the wingtips on the waves.
This mast can be connected to virtually all boards on the market featuring the Twin-Tracks system and can receive all the wings and fuselage that feature the TITAN connection slot.
Let it glide, further, with the F-ONE HM Carbon Mast 14, a superior piece of gear that raises the bar in terms of performance and control, delivering superior and flawless behavior on the water.

Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by it's manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon and represents the highest quality process. It is then cured at high temperatures, bringing strength and durability.

The High Modulus fiber layup is 1.5x stiffer than the regular carbon fiber used in other constructions. The percentage of high modulus fiber has been carefully adjusted to obtain the best stiffness in both bending and torsion while keeping enough comfort for any kind of practice.

The TITAN connection enables a very stiff and direct connection between two parts, locking efficiently any movement in all directions. It's format is compact which is hydrodynamically efficient and very easy to use, assemble and disassemble.
The full Monobloc construction brings incredible rigidity and helps reduce drag to a minimum, meaning easier starts, immense glide, higher speeds and the utmost connection between the foil and the board.
SANDING
The carbon mast has been sanded at the factory for enhanced performance

MAST COVER
All masts come with three seperate covers to protect the mast itself, it's top plate, and it's TITAN mast foot.
